large room amazing decoration amazing upgrade
this was my first stay (but hopefully not the last). the room was large. it had all necessary facilities. the hotel decoration for ramadan created great spots for pictures. laura provided an amazing upgrade to my room. i appreciate her kindness.
the pool and beach get public access. i found it difficult to relax. there were hardly any beds. the pool was overcrowded by young people making noise.

the staff provided excellent service and were helpful. reception and concierge staff were attentive. many employees were keen to please. kavishka at breakfast offered great service with a smile.

the hotel is conveniently located. the hotel offers views toward the sheikh zayed grand mosque. taxis are readily available and inexpensive. many places are easy to reach by taxi.

the breakfast was excellent. it featured a diverse range of foods. restaurants offer an excellent food selection. kl remembered my tea and coffee preferences. chef daniel personally assisted with my breakfast requests.

solid option for a few nights
helpful staff separate shower large bed
the staff seemed helpful . my room included both a bathtub and a separate shower. There was also a mini fridge in THE room that i used. the bed was large.
the bathroom layout wasn't ideal. there wasn't much privacy because of a partial wall and transparent glass.

the hotel features a large main pool that is used by many guests, requiring attentiveness from the lifeguards. A smaller kids pool is available, and there is a stretch of private beach that has plenty of sunloungers.

outside the building, options for entertainment are somewhat limited. you need transportation to access different areas. some hotels, like Shangri La, are situated nearby offering alternative choices.

clean room smooth process helpful staff
My room was clean and spacious. The hotel provided a smooth check-in process at 2am. The staff were helpful and the food was AMAZING!!!
The room had a very slight musty smell upon arrival.
